Dispatch Times
Standard Times:
- Premade orders: Dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Custom orders: Made to order and dispatched within 2–5 working days
Peak Periods Notice
During busy seasons such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to increased demand:
- Premade orders: 1–4 working days
- Custom orders: 1–10 working days
We'll always do our best to stick to these timelines. If any unexpected delays occur with your order, you'll be contacted directly to keep you updated.
