Hex and Hydrate is a small, witchy-inspired business based in Wiltshire, UK, brewing up one-of-a-kind drinkware creations. Right now, we specialize in custom and premade tumblers, snowglobe tumblers, and glass can cups—but our potion shelf will be expanding in the future!

Each product is carefully crafted with personality, sparkle, and a sprinkle of uniqueness—whether it's a custom glitter combo or a spooky decal that speaks to your soul. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that's just how we like it.

All UK orders are sent via Tracked 48-Hour Delivery, and shipping is free on all orders over £75.

While we don't currently offer international shipping as standard, we're open to making magical exceptions. If you're outside the UK and would love a Hex and Hydrate item, please fill out the contact form with your location and what you're interested in.

We'll do our best to make it happen, but please note that shipping fees will vary based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, it's in the hands of the postal service. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking info so we can help investigate.

We'll always do our best to help—but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural causes such as weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible while still giving each piece the care it deserves.

Standard Dispatch Times:

• Premade items: Dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Custom items: Dispatched within 2–5 working days

During Peak Seasons (Valentine's, Easter, Halloween, Christmas):

• Premade items: 1–4 working days
• Custom items: 1–10 working days

We'll always notify you if there's any unexpected delay—and once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking info to follow your parcel's journey.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or need to tweak your order. If you'd like to request a cancellation or make changes (like decal or glitter choices), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time, we may have already started crafting your item—especially for custom pieces—and cancellations cannot be granted once production has begun. Custom items are made just for you, so once the magic starts, it can't be undone!

If you're unsure or need help with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.

At Hex and Hydrate, we want every sip to be a magical one. If something goes wrong, we're here to help.

Refunds & Returns:

• Premade items: Refunds are available if the item arrives damaged. Photo or video evidence must be provided.
• Custom items: As these are personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged. Again, photo or video proof is required.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Clear photo/video evidence of the damage

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue—whether that means a refund or a replacement.

To keep your tumbler looking spellbinding:

• Hand wash only – no dishwashers!
• Avoid soaking or scrubbing the decal
• Not microwave safe
• Handle with care—magic is fragile!
